Untitled

The grass flows over in vibrant green;
rich colours of new love paint the air.
All my world is now serene
and fading fast the greys of fear.

My soul ignites, and rainbows spread
bright blankets on this dreary heart.
And feelings I had left for dead
transform now into works of art.

I paint these colours as you sweat
them – use them to repaint the earth,
replacing morbid shades of death
with vivid hues of my rebirth.

Now, finally, the world will see
the artist you have found in me.
